The following vaccinations are recommended when travelling to Wallis and Futuna:
DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio), Dengue, Hepatitis A (infectious jaundice), Yellow fever, Typhoid fever and Hepatitis B.
Some of these vaccinations are always advised, regardless of the length of your stay on Wallis and Futuna. These are DTP and Hepatitis A. The other vaccination recommendations depend on your health situation, living conditions, length of stay, the areas you visit and the activities you undertake on Wallis and Futuna.
Yellow fever
Yellow fever does not occur on Wallis and Futuna but a vaccination is mandatory if you are travelling in from a high-risk country or have been in transit in such a country for more than 12 hours.
