The following vaccinations are recommended when travelling to Mayotte:
DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio), Hepatitis A (infectious jaundice), Yellow fever, Measles and Hepatitis B.

Yellow fever
Yellow fever does not occur on Mayotte but a vaccination is mandatory if you are travelling in from a high-risk country or have been in transit in such a country for more than 12 hours.
